Charleston Billiards & Cue Co. performs a variety of services to help you make the most of your billiards experience. Game room design, cue repairs, replacement of old or worn billiard cloth, we guarantee your satisfaction.
Charleston Billiards & Cue Co. offers a variety of cue repairs as a service to our regular customers. We will re-weight any cue (when possible) purchased from Charleston Billiards at no charge during the usable life of the cue. We can usually perform simple repairs like adjusting the weight or shaping or replacing the tip while you wait. If you need a repair of this type done, please do not wait until near the end of business hours to bring your cue in.
Many repairs (such as a tip and ferrule replacement, shaft refinishing, or replacing the linen wrap) will require that you leave your cue stick for a day or more to accomplish. We take pride in our cue work and make every effort to have repairs completed when promised. For these repairs on your cue, please plan to drop the cue off a day or two before your next league match or tournament so that we will have plenty of time to do a proper job.
Please note these prices are guidelines for typical jobs. Exceptionally scratched, dirty, or beat up cues will require additional charges.

Charleston Billiards warrants our replacement tips for 30 days. We are an Authorized Dealer for every cue that we sell, and we will gladly handle warranty repairs for any cue purchased from us. If the cue is more than one year old, shipping charges will apply.
